I sold my first home in the Cloverdale/Clayton area in 1990, and have grown my business each and every year with the help of a great team and countless recommendations from my past clients. Clint completed his schooling in business and real estate from BCIT in 2006 and soon after began his career in Real Estate with a developer doing new construction sales. After a few years of that Clint decided he wanted to concentrate on re-sales and building relationships with clients/friends/family through their dream of home ownership.

When Clint isn't working he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves travelling and enjoys being very active. Clint looks forward to many more years to come in building life-long clients and is always available for any questions you may have.
Casey has been successful and licensed in real estate since 2003 and is Tony’s wife. Before getting her license in Real Estate, Casey worked in law offices for years and therefore brings a great understanding of the conveyance details to our transactions. Now you will often see Casey out with Tony door knocking and helping to create relationships and lasting impressions amongst our clients both past and present.
Casey brings many years of experience to our team. Mostly specializing in Residential sales she too has been recognized over the years as a Top producer, Medallion club member and 100% club – All prestigious awards she is very proud of but humbled by as well as we work in a very competitive and always changing industry. These awards are all thanks to our fantastic clients and their trusting referrals which we are continually grateful for!
Further to selling real estate, Casey’s background allows her to assist is all areas of our team that sometimes include being the person you talk to at the office and who further assists on the back end of the transactions ensuring that our clients experience is always a stress free transaction from start to finish.
When Casey is not doing real estate, she is very involved with her horses which she is very passionate about. Her and Tony are big time animal lovers and also have a dog and a few cats as well!
Mel is our administrative co-coordinator/ un-licensed assistant. She has been in Real Estate for over 10 years holding her real estate license for a majority of this time until she had her 2nd daughter who is now 4 years old. She also has a 10 year old daughter. In order to keep more of balance with work/family, she keeps very busy with the Team, co-coordinating the big and little details that go on in real estate on a daily basis.
Mel is who you will typically talk to answering the phones and looking after the scheduling of showings, closings and feedback etc. She makes herself available to our clients so that if there is something you need assistance with, she is here to help! Mel brings several years of real estate experience to our team so she can typically help answer questions our clients may have and you can reach her easily to discuss things that may come up.
Mel’s knowledge and background consists of a variety of areas she has specialized in over the years: Residential sales, New home development incl: Detached, Townhomes and Condominiums, Land assembly – both large and smaller land acquisitions and a limited amount of commercial experience.
Over her career she has worked with the following companies and gained invaluable experience: Re/Max Treeland Realty, Royal Lepage Westside, Morningstar Homes, and Onni - Group of Companies.
Real Estate has always been her passion and though her role over the years has changed, she brings a positive energy and will always help in any way she can to make for a positive and non-stressful transaction. Sako is a Black Labrador Retriever and is part of Tony and Casey's family. You can often find Sako at our community events, like our community garage sales or Christmas client appreciation events.
You'll always find him along with "mom and dad" door knocking in the Cloverdale community. He enjoys all the pets and will even do a trick or two for you!
Sako is often featured on our Social Media pages and even gets recognized in our community as "Sako from Facebook." He loves all the attention and love!
